What are the steps for making a reservation?
1. You fill out the travel registration information.
2. You accept the Terms and Conditions and pay a 30% deposit.
3. You receive a registration confirmation, the sales contract, and an invitation to pay the balance a few weeks before the trip.
4. You enjoy your trip!
Pod’Experiences trips are not designed for children. However, a (pre)adolescent can fully enjoy Pod’Experiences Tours or Pod’Exclusive if interested and accompanied by an adult. We do not recommend humanitarian trips for children under 16. Unsure? Feel free to contact us!
Are insurances included?
Yes, travel insurance is included for all trips with Pod’Experiences. You will receive the insurance details upon registration. If you wish, you can subscribe to additional insurance yourself.
Are Pod’Experiences Tours accessible to P.R.M.(People with Reduced Mobility)?
We cannot guarantee that all activities are accessible to P.R.M. If you plan to travel with us and are a person with reduced mobility, please contact us before making your reservation!

Certainly! Podiatry is at the heart of Pod’Experiences activities, but all our tours and Podex are designed and organized to be an extraordinary experience for everyone! Healthcare professionals will fully benefit from all aspects of our Podex.

Payment is made in 2 installments: 30% upon registration and the balance before departure
